Yes, we provide samples of our standard products for a small fee that is refundable upon placing a confirmed order. Custom samples are also available but require a design fee and longer lead time. Sample delivery typically takes 7-10 business days.

Standard production lead time is 30-45 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. For custom designs or large orders (10,000+ pairs), lead time may extend to 60 days. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee, with minimum lead time of 15 days.

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), Western Union, and PayPal for sample orders. For large orders, we typically require a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. We also offer payment terms for established customers with approved credit.
